Cancellation fees at a glance
All cancellation fees are calculated from the original total booking amount, including selected extras and any travel costs. The earlier you cancel, the lower the cost.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment.

Cancellation between 24 and 12 hours before the start: 25% of the total amount.

Cancellation between 12 and 6 hours before the start: 50% of the total amount.

Cancellation less than 6 hours before the start: 75% of the total amount.

Cancellation less than 2 hours before the start or no-show: 100% of the total amount.

Special event bookings may have different rules, as noted on the profile.
Refunds are returned automatically to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days after cancellation.

How to cancel a booking
Cancellation is quick. Please follow these steps for a smooth process:

Login & dashboard
Log in to your customer account on gingr.ch.

Booking overview
Go to «Bookings» in the menu and select the relevant appointment.

Start cancellation
Click the “Cancel booking” button.

State a reason
Provide a reason (this helps us improve the service).

Confirmation
Confirm the cancellation. You will receive an email immediately with all details.
