Reviews are the strongest trust factor on gingr.ch. This page explains how reviews are created, how to handle positive and negative reviews, and how to use them strategically for your profile.
Only clients who actually booked with you can leave a review. The review window opens after the appointment in the client's dashboard. Reviews include a traffic-light rating (negative, neutral, positive) and an optional comment. Each review appears on your public profile once it is approved.
VERIFIED
gingr.ch shows exclusively verified reviews. The system only allows reviews from clients with a confirmed booking. There are no anonymous or purchased reviews. This protects you from fake negative reviews and gives clients reliable guidance.
HANDLING
Positive reviews are the easy part. In your dashboard you can view each review and optionally respond directly. A short, personal reply shows you are present. Do not overdo platitudes. A sincere thank you is often enough. Positive reviews improve your grid ranking and strengthen trust with new clients.
Negative reviews happen. Do not react emotionally or defensively. If the criticism is justified, acknowledge it and briefly describe how you will handle it in future. If it is unfair, stay factual. Clients who read your response often judge your reaction more strongly than the original criticism. In clear cases of abuse (such as personal attacks or policy violations) report the review to support.
Reviews are more than feedback. You can include quotes from positive reviews in your profile description if you wish. Recurring themes in reviews (such as «excellent communication» or «extremely discreet») show you where your strengths lie. Use these signals to sharpen your profile strategically.
