What do the Trust Labels on a profile mean?
The Trust Labels show you two things at a glance:
- which information has been verified by Gingr
- whether and how you can book via the platform
You see the Trust Labels directly on the profile in the form of icons. A missing Trust Label does not mean that any information is incorrect. It simply means that Gingr has not verified this information.
Which details are verified by gingr.ch?
All labelled details have been verified by gingr.ch and are displayed on the profile.
- ID Verified: The escort's identity has been confirmed using an official ID document.
- Age Verified: The escort's stated age has been checked and confirmed using an official ID document.
- Content Verified: Images and videos have been reviewed and actually show the escort behind the profile.
What booking options are available on gingr.ch?
On Gingr, there are different types of bookings:
- Booking handled outside the platform (no Trust Label)
You can contact the escort via the available contact options and arrange all details directly between you.
Appointment and payment are handled outside the platform.
- Booking available on the platform (Trust Label "ID Verified")
You can select an appointment via Gingr, request it, and receive a confirmation.
Communication takes place through the integrated chat, and offered services can be selected as part of the booking. Availabilities are visible on the profile and are maintained by the escort.
In this case, payment takes place directly between you and the escort, outside of Gingr. Gingr is not involved in payment processing.
- Booking and payment via the platform (Trust Label "Secure Booking")
You book and pay fully via Gingr.
Clear rules apply to payment, cancellation, and support, which are shown transparently before the booking.
When can I book directly through gingr.ch?
A full booking including payment via Gingr is only possible if the Trust Label Secure Booking is shown on the profile.
A booking without payment is possible via Gingr if the Trust Label ID Verified is shown on the profile. In this case, the appointment is arranged via the platform and the chat function can also be used. Payment is settled with the escort outside the platform.
Without one of these two Trust Labels, no booking option is available on the platform. Booking requests and their handling take place outside the platform via the contact options indicated by the escort.
Why do some profiles have more features than others?
The available features depend on which information has been verified by Gingr and which booking options are available for the profile.
If a profile is verified by Gingr (Trust Label ID Verified), the chat function and the option to book are available. If the profile additionally has the Trust Label Secure Booking, payment processing on the platform is also possible.
Does Gingr take the same responsibility for every profile?
No. The responsibility of gingr.ch depends on the type of booking:
- Secure Booking: gingr.ch handles booking and payment, displays the applicable rules transparently, and provides support.
- Booking without Secure Booking: gingr.ch supports the appointment selection but is not involved in payment or cancellation.
- No booking on the platform: The entire process takes place outside of gingr.ch. gingr.ch is not involved.
How do I find verified or bookable profiles specifically?
You can recognise the Trust Labels directly on the profile. You can also filter in the grid by specific criteria, for example by ID Verified, Content Verified, or Secure Booking.
For orientation:
- verified information important → Age Verified, Content Verified, or ID Verified
- booking on the platform → ID Verified
- payment and protection via Gingr → Secure Booking
What does it mean if a profile has no Trust Labels?
If a profile has no Trust Labels, the displayed information has not been verified by Gingr.
In this case, the booking is handled outside the platform. You can contact the escort via the displayed contact options, outside of Gingr. The appointment and payment are arranged between you and the escort outside the platform. The same applies to which services are offered at what price. Gingr is not involved in payment or process, our cancellation policy does not apply, and Gingr cannot guarantee any further protections.
These profiles are displayed in order to provide the most complete overview possible.
What does "Secure Booking" mean?
Secure Booking means that the booking can be handled fully via Gingr.
Profiles with Secure Booking offer all features that are also available with ID Verified profiles. In addition, with Secure Booking, payment also takes place via the platform. You can select, request, and confirm appointments, communicate through the integrated chat, and select offered services as part of the booking.
The payment is handled via Gingr and processed in accordance with the applicable legal framework. Before the booking, all relevant information is shown to you transparently, including price, payment method, and the applicable cancellation and general terms. In addition, Gingr support is available to you for questions or uncertainties.
What does "ID Verified" mean?
The Trust Label ID Verified means that the escort's identity has been checked and confirmed by Gingr using an official identity document.
Profiles with ID Verified can be booked via Gingr. You can select, request, and confirm appointments and communicate through the integrated chat. Availabilities are managed on the platform.
For ID Verified profiles, payment takes place outside of Gingr, directly between you and the escort, unless the Trust Label Secure Booking is also visible.
