Which payment options are available depends on whether the booking is made via gingr.ch or outside the platform.

For bookings with Secure Booking, the available payment methods are displayed transparently during the booking process. Payment, booking details, and conditions are clearly defined.

Payment methods available with Secure Booking:

• Bank transfer: Used to top up your account balance. Booking is only possible once the amount has been credited to your account.
• Invoice: Available for selected users. You pay after the meeting within a defined payment period. The invoice is sent digitally and contains no sensitive information about the service.
• TWINT: Convenient payment directly via your TWINT app.
• Cryptocurrency: Payments are processed via NowPayments, currently only for balance top-ups.
• Account balance: Can be used to pay for bookings, provided sufficient funds are available. If the balance is too low, an alternative payment method is suggested automatically.
• Cash: You hand the amount directly to the escort at the start of the meeting. Combining cash with account balance is currently not possible. As this payment method takes place outside the platform, there is no cancellation protection.

In all other cases, payment takes place outside the platform directly between you and the escort.

No. Tipping is voluntary.

If you want to show your appreciation, you are welcome to do so. Whether and how a tip is given is a personal decision and depends on your own feeling and the situation.

No. All costs are displayed transparently before you confirm a booking.

For bookings with Secure Booking, you see all applicable amounts in advance. This includes the agreed price as well as any additional costs. For arrangements outside the platform, it is advisable to clarify the price and conditions clearly beforehand.

Possible costs at a glance:

• gingr.ch service fee: Calculated depending on the booking type and always included in the displayed price.
• Travel costs: Applicable for outcall bookings. Calculated transparently based on distance or shown as a flat rate.
• Additional services: Services beyond the base offering that incur clearly stated extra costs.
• Payment method fees: Depending on the payment method, third-party fees may apply.
• Cancellation fees: Depending on the timing of the cancellation in accordance with the applicable rules.
• Tip: Voluntary and optional.

All relevant costs are visible before completing a booking, so you always have full control over the total price.
