Every booking follows a clear process. This page shows you how to accept requests, decline them and prepare well for meetings.

BOOKING FLOW

From request to booking

When a client books your profile you receive a request. You see the desired services, timeframe, location and any notes. You decide whether to accept the request. After acceptance the appointment becomes binding and appears as an upcoming booking (in the «Bookings» area).

On the Core Plan you receive payment directly at the meeting; on the Employment Plan and Self-Employed Plan it runs via Secure Booking and is processed through gingr.ch.

BOOKING REQUESTS

Accept or decline

Accept

You confirm the appointment in the booking dashboard. The client is notified, your booking dashboard updates and the chat stays open for follow-up questions.

Decline

You can decline requests without giving a reason. The system informs the client neutrally. You keep full control over which bookings you accept.

Adjust

You can negotiate with the client via chat before accepting: time, location, services. Once you agree, the client adjusts their request and you confirm the booking.

CHAT CHANNEL

Communication with clients

Before the meeting

The chat is your channel for all conversations with clients. Confirm the address (for incall) or exact pickup (for outcall). Clarify any dress code wishes or special preferences. That way both sides share the same expectations. What is clarified in chat does not need to be renegotiated at the meeting.

During the booking

Even during the meeting you can extend services or add time. This is currently not handled via the platform but arranged directly between you.

After the meeting

The chat stays open after the meeting. That matters for short thank-you messages, any clarifications or arranging a next appointment. The client can leave a review; you receive a notification once it is published. Payout follows the regulated cycles for your work model.

Frequently asked questions about booking management

Do I have to accept every request?
No. You can decline any request without giving a reason.
What happens if I do not respond?
Requests automatically expire after a certain time. A low response rate can affect your visibility in the grid over the long term.
Can I reschedule bookings?
Yes, in agreement with the client. The appointment can be adjusted via the chat; both sides confirm the change in the dashboard. It may be simplest if the client cancels the request and submits a new one.
What if the client wants more time during the meeting?
This can currently only be arranged between you outside the platform. gingr.ch cannot provide any guarantees for this at the moment.
How do I prepare for a booking?
Clarify all details in advance via the chat. Confirm the exact location, time and services. If uncertainties remain, it is better to ask one time too many than one time too few.
Can I end a booking during the meeting?
Yes. If you feel uncomfortable you can end the meeting at any time. Afterwards contact Gingr Care or support to clarify the situation. Your safety always comes before a booking.
