Luca Kraus

I studied sociology and then worked for several years as a freelance journalist. What interests me is how people talk about topics they would rather not talk about. Sex work is one of them. I write about how expectations form, how they fail and what that says about us. Without judgment.

What keeps me on this topic are the contradictions. People with firm opinions who've never spoken to anyone working in the field. Bookings that fail even though everyone involved wanted the opposite. Stigmas that persist because no one names them out loud. I try to make these places visible. Not to judge them. But because they say more about our society than what they're meant to hide.

I've been writing for gingr.ch since 2025, usually one article per month.
